SimulTrain® is a simulation of the planning and execution phases of a medium-sized project, which involves all of the events that occur in almost every project. Furthermore, SimulTrain® includes a modeling of human factors that is very close to reality; it takes into account personal motivation, sense of responsibility and team spirit, which in turn helps participants to consider reciprocal interference between costs, deadlines, human factors and productivity.
