Merit Systems entered the training arena in 1988 with a popular DOS-based training program. This soon led to a series of training projects that would set the stage for our current business. By the end of the 1990s, Merit Systems had earned a reputation for innovative instructor-led training.

Our services have grown to include web-based training, video production, web design and online assessment instruments. In addition to our in-house capabilities, we maintain a close relationship with hundreds of subject matter experts, and we also employ adjunct trainers as needed.
